You can access the fleet manager organisation dashboard by registering and subscribing via this link If you already have an account you can login here.
Each organisation has a company code which if used by a driver on the app, the defect sheet will show on your dashboard under Defects.
Your company code is displayed in your dashboard. It consists of 6 numbers. Copy your code and send it out to your drivers to use when adding their defect sheet.
You can add as many members to your organisation as you wish. You can add members by going to the Members section of your dashboard and clicking 'Add Member'
You can add admin members to your organisation in Members section by clicking Add Member and toggling on the Administrator switch.
You can download a defect sheet in the Defect sheets section on your dashboard. This will download as a PDF file.
You can search for a drivers defect sheet on your dashboard by either searching their name, postcode or reg number.
